We had people from three all the way until eight. There was a shortage of cookies. Joel Pace made an appearance. Bob was handing out tacos. Katie wore polka dots and Gabs rocked blue eye liner. Nick's mom made fantastic toffee. I took breather on the back porch and was met by a doe. Tony brought in waves of people. The curator was thrilled.
Job well done Sons.
Awesome.
ReplyDeleteI so wanted to be there. Thanks for the awesomeness you guys!
ReplyDeleteI'm so proud of us. Well done people. I would have liked to be there but I put in some much needed time with the family. In no way was it a lack of commitment on my part. Hope y'all understand that.
ReplyDeleteSo now we have begun. What have we learned. What have we realised that we can do better next time. How did the volounteering and delegating go? How do we get the people to come, see and understand what they are looking at? etc
Lots of things to discuss! We should plan Salon II soon. I just moved to the city, off the blue line at Milwaukee and California. I'd be more than happy to host!
ReplyDeleteThat would be great we have lots to talk about!
ReplyDeleteI have plenty of room for a salon at my place. Let me know when you want to do it...
ReplyDeleteLets make this happen.
