I use it quite often actually, though I don't tell my students that! Its when you use it to mix that it gets really flat and milky and opaque. So I teach people to paint without it to avoid murky paintings and to respect and understand the importance of the brightness of the paper.
Very lovely. I think you have a nice mix of warm and cool in your color choices.

ReplyDeleteI love this one Gabby! I use white pretty often as well. It's nice to be able not to use it, but adding it can really punch up a painting.
