Well its going slower than i would have hoped because I'm teaching 8-12 year olds drawing and painting every day and trying to spend time with the boys in the evenings. But anyhow, here's the first one finished and I'm starting a sister piece today. Maybe it will be a mini-series of three. Who can say.Gabs is helping me with the children's workshop and its good to be working with her. Bradley is coming to the studio tomorrow to work on some framing. Spoke to Duncan Webb today. Its like being at the Academy but without the annoying chamber music.
Looks great! I love how things are almost flat looking and have single washes on them,and color is just about all that seperates them. The little areas of shadow and definition really make a great contrast.
